Framing is putting an issue into context. Everything flows from framing including strategy, alignment of resources and execution of your plan. Albert Einstein said, “If I has an hour to solve a problem then I would spend 55 minutes thinking about the problem and five minutes on the solution.” Wise advice. Framing an issue incorrectly usually costs an organization time and resources while the real issue becomes more of a threat. Take the time needed to understand what is driving the issue.
