We have added the testimony of the university presidents before congress as a case study for our workshops and training courses. The testimony will help teach valuable lessons in issue framing, assessing the environment, public versus internal issues management, controlling the narrative, organizational alignment and maintaining tactical agility. Using current events keeps our courses fresh and relevant as well as encouraging productive discussion.
